A Day in the Life of Vending

Early Start - 7AM

The day begins early at AW Vending. Our employee starts at 7:00AM, loading the truck with snacks, drinks, and supplies. Every box has a purpose from restocking Coca-Cola and chips to swapping out old inventory or adding new products customers have requested. Preparation is everything because once the truck hits the road, there’s no turning back.

Hitting the Road - 8:30AM

By 8:30AM, we’re rolling. The truck is loaded, machines are mapped out, and we’re ready to make the rounds. Each location is different; some are offices other warehouses or community complex. We like to check in, make sure the machines look spotless, card readers are working, and everyone is happy with the products.

The Route – 7 to 10 Locations a Day

On a typical day, we service 7 to 10 locations. That means unloading cases of drinks, rotating snacks, collecting coins and bills, checking inventory level, and making quick fixes when needed. It’s nonstop movement, but there’s something satisfying about seeing a fully stocked machine. Knowing people will grab a snack or drink later and appreciate that convenience.

Wrapping Up – Around

By 4:30PM the route is complete. The truck is lighter, the machines are ready for another few days of service, and the team is tired but proud. Every day looks different; sometimes there’s a surprise repair, sometimes a new location visit, but the goal is always the same. KEEP EVERY MACHINE FULL, CLEAN, AND RELIABLE.

Why We Love What We Do

Running a vending business isn’t just about snacks, it’s about service, consistency and connection. Every stop represents a relationship we’ve built with a local business that trust AW Vending to keep their employees fueled and happy.
